The Privacy Policy defines the rules of processing and protection of personal data provided by Users using the website wichrowewzgorze.info hereinafter referred to as Website.
- The administrator of the personal data comprised within the Website is Barbara Niemiec based in Bieruń (43-155) at ul. Warszawska 340, tax ID: 6462696281, hereinafter referred to as Administrator.
- The Website gathers information about Users submitted by them voluntarily and upon their consent.
- The data provided in the contact form is processed for the purposes resulting from the form’s function, e.g. for the purpose of query management.
- Each User who submitted his/her personal data in the contact form has the right to:
- access, amend and remove the data,
- limit processing or request to stop processing of the data at any time,
- withdraw the consent for the processing of the data at any time – withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal,
- transfer the data to another administrator of personal data,
- lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
- The Administrator applies due care in order to adequatly secure the submitted personal data, in particular against its disclosure to unauthorized persons.
- The submitted personal data can be made available only to the third parties that have a legal basis resulting from the provisions of Polish law.
- The operators collecting and processing personal data within the Website are mainly form Poland and the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of the operators are based outside the EEA, for example Google Inc. (USA – Google Analytics). The Administrator of personal data however ensures that the operators provide high protection of the data processed. This is due to complying with the contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and through participation in the Privacy Shield Framework between EU and US (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016).
- Legal grounds for processing of personal data:
- The Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services;
- The Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law,
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

COOKIE POLICY
Cookie files are computer data that is stored in end-devices of the Website User and is intended for use of websites
- The Website wichrowewzgorze.info does not collect any data automatically, except data contained in the cookie files. This include: IP address, domain name, type of browser, type of operating system, and data about User’s navigation path and the time spent on particular subpages.
- The Administrator uses cookie files for the following purposes:
- enhancing the usefulness of the Website and adjusting its content to User’s individual preferences,
- generating anonymous statistics based on the Google Analytics system (analysis of User’s actions at the Website and User’s demografic data) excluding the possibility of User’s identification,
- displaying remarketing ads via Google AdWords to Users who visited the website,
- displaying personalized ads that are matched to users’ interests and behaviour.

By means of these settings, it is possible to define the scope of User’s consent to place such files in his/her browser. SAFETY RULES
- The Website User shall take care of the safety of his/her devices that have access to the internet. The device shall have an antivirus program installed with updated antivirus base, a secure and updated internet browser, and a firewall enabled.
- It is recommended to enable anti-phishing filters in the internet browser (Tools) that chceck whether the website displayed is authentic and is not attempting to obtain sensitive data, e.g. by disguising as a trustworthy entity.
- Caution is advised when opening attachments or clicking links in e-mails that the User did not expect, e.g. sent from unknown senders. In case of any doubts it is reccomended to contact the sender e.g. by phone.
- Any files shall be downloaded only from trusted places. It is highly risky to install software from unveryfied sources.
- In case of using home Wi-Fi network a secure and strong network password shall be set up. It is also recommended to use the highest encryption standards for wireless networks, which can be enabled on your device, e.g. WPA2.
